Whether you're at the door and can't remember an adjustment step for an automatic operator, or installing a door closer and need to know a door prep measurement, this app can help you right at the moment you need it. It provides simple, direct access to the How-To Videos from the LCN YouTube channel. Today, our videos can be difficult to locate on a mobile device. The app also allows you to access product information, including catalog information and installation sheets for LCN closers and automatic operators. Simply browse through the menus to find what you're looking for. Additionally, you can e-mail any document or call our customer care line directly from this app. Please note that some documents, such as installation sheets, are between 2-6 MB in size and may take several moments to download. Most of the content is much smaller and will download quickly over a 4G (LTE), 3G or good Wi-Fi connection. We hope that this app can make your day easier by getting you the information right when you need it, where you need it, on the phone in your pocket or the tablet in your hand.
